Making a reservation: Reservations are required in advance to reserve the centerpieces and other decor items. Quantities available are limited and reservations are taken on a first come first serve basis. Therefore we highly recommend reserving the centerpieces well in advance of your event date. To reserve an item, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all rentals. The remaining balance will be due to Ramlet Rentals one week prior to the event.  If a cancellation should occur, some of the deposit may be refunded, depending on the timing of the cancellation (see canceling a reservation). 

Canceling a reservation: If renter needs to cancel a reservation, they may receive half of the deposit back (other half remains non-refundable)  if the cancellation is made at least 1 month prior to event date. If renter cancels less than 1 month before date, the deposit will not be refunded. If renter needs to change the reserved date, and we are able to accommodate the new date, no new charges will be applied and the deposit may be transferred to new date. However, changes must be made 1 month before reserved date, otherwise fees may apply.

Security Deposits: A security deposit is required on all centerpiece rentals in the amount of 50% of the total rental price. This deposit is fully refunded to the renter as long as there is no damage or loss of rented items. The items are assessed upon return, and if damage or loss is assessed by Ramlet Rentals, the cost to replace or repair those items will be deducted from the security deposit. The remainder of the security deposit will then be refunded. In the case where damage or loss exceeds the security deposit, the renter will be held liable for all costs to replace or repair the damaged or lost items.

**(The security deposit is a separate deposit required in addition to the reservation deposit mentioned above. The reservation deposit reserves the items and is applied toward the total rental bill.  Whereas the security deposit is held by our company in case of damage and returned to you after the safe return of the rental items.)** 


Note:  All prices listed are subject to change without notice, however, once an item is reserved, it is locked in at that price, and will not change for that renter. MN sales tax will apply to all rentals.





-Standard length of rental is one day.
-Delivery charges are .30 per mile.  There may be additional charges for locations 40 miles or further from the Forest Lake area.
-Renter is responsible for all items belonging to Ramlet Rentals from the time of delivery to pick up.
-Any damage or loss of items will be assessed by Ramlet Rentals upon return of items, and the renter will be charged for the cost to replace any missing or damaged items. These charges may include part or all of the security deposit, but is not limited to the amount the security deposit in case of excessive loss or damage.
-If cancellations are made at least 1 month prior to event date, renter receives half of the reservation deposit back.  Cancellations that are made within 1 month of the event date will not be refunded any portion of the reservation deposit.
-Changes in reservations (if available) may be made up to 1 month prior to event date without any penalty.  Additional charges may apply for changes made within 1 month of event date.
